Our perch for watching the ceremony was the Queen Victoria Memorial.

Here comes the Army band.

Here come the replacement guards heading to the Palace.

Here come the on-duty guards heading to the Palace.

It`s the Irish Guards coming on duty.

Their mascot is an Irish Wolfhound named Clonmel.
