One of the treats that Mette served, that Kenith went crazy for, was Gjetost cheese - a caramel colored medium hard cheese made from goat`s milk and cow`s whey. Norwegians also call it brown goat cheese. Kenith found it in several grocery stores elsewhere on our trip and continues to rave over it. |
