 What do you like the most about our community/region?
  My job
  Low Cost of Living
 What do you most want to change or improve about our community/region?
  Too many low wage jobs (we lure firms that want "cheap" labor)
  Poor quality of K-12 education for entire community
  Not enough young professionals
  Need better paying jobs � professional jobs/wages
  Large number of families and seniors living in poverty
  Lack of employment opportunities
  Greater retention of young adults by enhanced opportunities

  The views of mountains & desert
